FAQ: Why did I not receive the email alert?


Signmee alerts can be rejected by your email provider for various reasons including full mailboxes, closed accounts or marked as spam. 


To prevent these alerts from being marked as spam you can add the Signmee email (signmee-noreply@meesys.com) to your safe senders list so that the provider recognises the email and delivers the alert.


The Signmee form will still be delivered to your Signmee inbox and you can go to directly to Signmee to view/reply to the form.
